Spartan Lawn & Landscape was built on a simple belief: take pride in your work, treat people right, and leave every property better than you found it.
The name "Spartans" has personal meaning to our family. It was inspired by the 190th Assault Helicopter Company, the U.S. Army unit in which my father proudly served during the Vietnam War. The 190th carried the name Spartans, and its legacy of discipline, teamwork, service, and commitment became the inspiration behind our company name.
For us, carrying the Spartans name is more than branding. It is a way of honoring that legacy while applying those same values to the business we're building today.
We provide professional lawn maintenance and landscaping services throughout East Tennessee — approaching every job with attention to detail and a commitment to dependable service. From routine lawn maintenance and property cleanups to mulch, landscaping, shrub care, aeration, overseeding, and other outdoor projects, our goal is to provide work we're proud to put our name behind.

Marcus Reid
Marcus runs the day-to-day: scheduling routes, dispatching crews, and making sure the trucks roll out on time. If the calendar works, it's usually because of him.
Client Services Manager
Sarah Whitfield
Sarah is the voice on the other end of the phone. She handles quotes, scheduling questions, and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks.
Maintenance Crew Lead
Diego Alvarez
Diego heads up our weekly maintenance routes across Knox, Blount, and Sevier counties. Sharp lines, clean edges, and no missed corners are his standard.
Hardscape Specialist
James Carter
James leads our hardscape builds — patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits. Twenty years of stonework and a builder's eye for detail.
